Baton Rouge, Scenic Highway, especially around 8 pm when the hookers and pimps are working Rim's World parking lot and the garbage from overflowing dumpsters is spread in the highway like a Kansas wheatfield.

And Baton Rouge is a large metropolitan city, not a small and quaint "College Town." Big difference.
Just stay South and off I-10 at rush hour. (
