Alcohol Sales at SECCG

Does anyone know if there will be alcohol sold at the game? I know they didn't in 2011/12 but was hoping this had changed since then or with the move to Mercedes-Benz. Or is it an SEC rule stopping sales?

I just researched it and I'm not confident you can buy beer anywhere outside of the club level.

Consistent with SEC policy for championship events, the sale, distribution or consumption of alcohol will be prohibited in public areas of Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the SEC Football Championship Game.

They had beer at the UNC game @ the dome last year.
Also, a lady at the UF game told me they sell it in the swamp.

I believe SEC schools are allowed to make the call at their own venues.

The info I posted above was cut and pasted from the Mercedes-Benz dome website. The article you linked appears to be 2 years old. I am going by what it was on the Mercedes-Benz website.
Edit: I just called and spoke with a person at F&B there and there will be no alcohol outside of private suites.
