He is stemmed from Meyer's S&C coach while at UF. So probably has a similar work out plan set up. It's really not hard to be a good S&C coach...seriously..it's not hard to set up detailed work out programs..it really isn't. Don't get why we struggle so much in that department. Just go get two experienced personal trainers from GH&F and I guarantee they can do a good job.
