Would be a colossally stupid bet

Why do UT fans so badly want to hire someone that they have to beg to even be a coach. I get begging someone to be YOUR coach (see Saban), but begging someone to even be a coach? That sounds like a disaster if you are struggling to convince someone to even enter the profession.

People keep posting this and they clearly don't understand how betting works. All this means is that all of the money is currently on Gruden. It doesn't mean Bovada believes they'll hire him.

Must be some money coming in on Gruden. Just this morning curiosity got the best of me and I checked Bovada about 10AM and he was +195. That's almost 2-1 for the gambling novices. Now he'e even money. Big move for such a little timeframe.

So theoretically, Gruden could place a bet against himself for 10 million, not take the job and still make the same amount of money as if he did?
