16th richest doesn't put you in elite status. That's like saying we're the 10th or 12th winningest program of all time. Outside the top 5 or 6 in anything and you are just another program.

An entire 1 spot in front of us is UGA. Hell, A&M is listed as #1. It's hard to find reasons why we aren't competitive. It goes back to coaching and administration. Which we are fixing.
