Can't speak for anyone else in the East (got your attention though) but as a former Bucs Fan who dropped them when they drafted Winston, I have first-hand knowledge of Gruden's mediocrity. I sincerely hope that Tennessee signs him as their next coach

He hasn't coached in almost a decade, and had a winning percentage of .540 back when he did. Why the hell do you think he would be good?

Well, to be fair, it was NFL. 540 isn't that bad and is pretty much in line with the majority of other NFL coaches

I do hope you all get Gruden. Just getting a name that big will resuscitate your program immediately as far as perception and recruiting

The real payoff will be when they're in year three of that 10 year, 10 million dollar contract and they're still getting rolled by pretty much everyone on their schedule.
