Looking for recommendations. Wife and I are headed to Jim Gaffigan tomorrow night, but looking for a good spot to watch the game near’ish Phillips Arena prior to the show. TIA.

Stats is right by Phillips. I'd probably go there.

Thanks. I’ll check it out. Ever been to Dantanna’s?

Yeah, not for a game though. Not sure what the atmosphere would be like. It's almost fine dining but I'm sure people will be watching the game.
ETA: I've only been to the Sandy Springs and Buckhead locations. The downtown one may be different.

Yeah, if thinking traditional sports bar, best bets are probably in order:
Stats
Taco Mac
Dantannas
Pretty sure they'll have the game at Der Biergarten and Max Coal Oven Pizza place as well. There's plenty of good spots on that side of town, but when thinking about trying to stay within walking distance, I wouldn't get too crazy. Popped it on Google Maps to see if anything else stood out and that's what I came up with.
Unrelated, anyone here been to "The Smoke Ring"? Kind of over near No Mas Cantina. Always curious on BBQ joints I've never been to or heard of.

I've heard good things but never personally eaten there.
