Like I said, if we know the numbers, it's perfectly reasonable to include them for statistical comparison purposes. Just because some games were historically excluded doesn't mean we can't use them to compare now. If you're correct about Bo having 41 games, then he had 110 ypg vs Chubbs' 105.

It's nearly impossible to compare talent using stats because of different eras, teams, style of play, etc. Bryce Love at Stanford has nearly 1500 yds on 150 carries this year; great numbers but probably overstate his talent. Anyway, the stats are close for Chubb and Jackson, slight edge to Bo.
