He wants Kiffin, which I guess I understand -- but has he actually been very successful at any College? Oh yeah, he's been run out of every job he's been at outside of Tennessee.
Really, Proven HC's are only looking for other jobs because they haven't been doing so hot.

Look at who he's been coached by. Damn boy!!! Those are big names.
Frost was coached by Stanford’s Bill Walsh, Nebraska’s Tom Osborne, the New York Jets’ Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick, and Jon Gruden. He broke into the coaching ranks as a graduate assistant at his alma mater in 2002 before filling the same role at Kansas State in 2006.

Id take Kiffin, but hes not proven as a HC.
