I don't want Eason, I don't think he's good at football.
He's one of those guys that has all the tools but can't put it together. He looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane.
I think his issues are along the lines of lack of heart and lack of confidence. A QB has to be the life blood of the offense and Eason looks like a deer in headlights when he's out there.
I honestly believe that him getting hurt was a blessing for UGA, no way would they have come back to beat ND with him under center.

You know he had better stats than Matt Stafford their freshman years, right?

Hard to say, actually. We beat ND with defense more than offense, but Fromm looked pretty darn good for a true freshman on the road at ND.

You are 100% correct. Eason can make a few really good plays but he just can't run an offense. Eason is just not a natural athlete. Fromm was born to play college QB.
