No way. A 1 loss Notre Dame would get in over a 1 loss Georgia, regardless of Georgia beating them. Notre Dame is the golden goose and to the NCAA it's all about the money. Can you imagine the outrage the committee would take if they put in 2 SEC teams over a 1 loss TCU, OU, Ok St, Penn St, Washington, Clemson, or even Miami?
