With a legit coach and the talent pre suspension, which btw Mac is in charge of making sure his kids act right(we blame Meyer for the off the field, so Mac gets it too).

With Nick Saban and better recruits you would totally be undefeated.
Unfortunately that's not the case and you're losing to teams with better coaches and players, which makes them better teams.
You were able to beat a better team in Kentucky thanks to bad officiating.
