The time for the discussion is now. This is his referendum "show me year". 2018 will be the hot seat year if drastic changes and improvements aren't made this year.

Bottom line is this....

He ain't getting fired this year unless he goes 5-6 or worse.
Just turn Nuss into a QB coach and have Mac take over the play calling. This makes Corral and the fanbase happy.
Get rid of Nord after the year and hire a young dynamic recruiter to be the special teams coach. I just think the kick return units need some energy and Nord doesn't bring any energy whatsoever.
Have the oline coach teach the tight ends blocking and the wr coach route running.
Keep this class intact and get some more croots especially in areas of need. Sign 30 like Butch Jones was doing early in his tenure to address depth concerns.
Tell Randy Shannon to blitz a little more.

Is anything on this list unreasonable and if so please explain.

He isn't getting fired if we don't win another game this season. This isn't going to happen, forget about it.

Blitzing exposes young D-backs unless you get to the QB so it's risky but i agree we should blitz more than we do.
