Only punishment besides fines was 48hrs in alpharetta jail, which was nothing, because its nice and no one is in there, plus she had vistors all throughout the days

Possibly. But I think we've at least established that the previous poster was full of shite when he said the state of Georgia doesn't negotiate on DUIs

My SIL did jail time on her third. Cobb County.

I guess county really does matter, alot.

And Tuscaloosa is light on football player enforcement and punishment.
