Alpharetta in Fulton County. I can see why she had no problem getting those reduced. Fulton County has too many cases to deal with to not be generous with plea bargains. For instance, after three shoplifting charges, the 4th is supposed to escalate to a felony. Had a case come to our office in Dekalb County where a guy had gotten arrested for his FORTY EIGHTH shoplifting offense and Fulton hadn't ever done a thing about it. It took him getting popped in Deklab for anyone to even take notice. I actually had an offer to work there and turned it down after seeing how ridiculously unorganized they were
