"Pilon left" was the play call, designed to be a toss and sprint to the pilon, as Derrius Guice takes it straight up the gut.

Guice was motioning to the crowd to get loud prior to that play. frick him.

You can take the toss-dive out of the playbook but you can't take the toss-dive out of the player.
