Agreed on that but Lindsey used the check down extensively at AZST & USM. He's brought some of those same ideas over. But I am not just saying it's a Stidham problem. It's multiple issues. We aren't giving him a check down enough of the time and sometimes when we do he isn't looking for it or the back isn't ready for it. Definitely needs to improve moving forward
