There was an Aggie attitude of complacency back in the day that needed to change. As students in the 90's we couldn't say anything remotely critical of RC without getting a head-shaking condescending lecture about not knowing how good we had it. The TMF would threaten to take over more of the student section if they didn't show up for the full game every time.

Those old guys were happy just to be bowl eligible most of the time, and beating t.u. for the Cotton Bowl once in a while was all that really mattered to them. That had to change, and it has.

But what fricking good does it do to turn into spoiled fans like LSU or Whorns who leave at halftime if they don't have a big lead and boo their own players? That doesn't sound fun to me. Unless you're some mega-donor or network executive, most of us have zero control over this. You can't let emotional reactions to games turn you into a douchebag.

The funniest part about LSU losing to Troy was knowing how many pathetic dudes had their whole year ruined that night. Don't be that guy.
