Urban doesn't have HALF the drive and OCD / German perfectionist tendencies (not saying he is German because he is Croatian).

dafuq that got to do with anything? Urban lost his drive because he fricked up his brain with drugs in 2010. Before that he was as driven as Nick Saban. Guaran-frickin-teed. Urban before drugs was the most driven man in sports.
I'll grant you that he probably wasn't OCD like Nicky. Urban didnt give a frick if his stars were out robbing and murdering and beating up coaches as long as they were healthy and not locked up on game day. Hard to say for sure how OCD he was otherwise, though.
