That's the max penalty based on the degree of the crime but since he's never been in trouble before he won't have near the points to score for 80 years. He MIGHT do 3 to 5 years and then maybe 10 years probation.

So, after reading the document, here's what I've got about the players:

Player 1: Purifoy or Heron
--Met with Person and CW1 in NYC after the Boston College game. Was advised not to tell his sisters, and possibly not his stepfather. Person told him it was illegal, but that's how NBA players do it.
--Met with Person, CW1, Mother and unidentified male believed to be Stepfatheron Dec 18 after a game (I don't see one on the schedule thouugh?). They discussed payments at this meeting.
--Person told CW 1on Jan 10 that Player 1 would be entering the NBA draft after that season (2016-2017, though the player eventually didn't).

Player 2: Purifoy/Heron or Wiley
--Person initially tried to set them up with CW1 and another financial advisor, but the other advisor backed out when payments were brought up (how greedy can you get Chuck?). Person and Mother 2 met with the other advisor, though payments were only discussed between Person and the Advisor.
--Person then set them up with just CW1. Person told Mother 2 over the phone that the payments weren't illegal because CW1 isn't an "agent".

I realize most of this has already been discussed, but I thought it was worth consolidating.

Edit: Thought I'd add the money totals.

Person: $91,500
Mother 1*: $11,000
Mother 2*: $12,500 (Person-$7500, Michel-$5000)

*: I put the astrisk because these are the amounts claimed to have been paid to them by Person and Michel. Wouldn't shock me at all if it was less or none with how greedy these dudes are.

Edit 2: Formatting
