Well I think that logic is pretty stupid. Maybe you should study history. Maybe then you might be able to wrap your liberal head around what the flag stands for.

Alllmost got through there without dropping the 'liberal' buzz word.
At the end of the day, if conservatives had sat during the anthem because they couldn't support a country that allowed abortion, gay marriage, etc, I have no doubt that the liberals would be crying about patriotism and conservatives would be the ones thumping the constitution and defending their first amendment (and probably 2nd amendment) rights.
