I think that is the Carlisle Indian School

They were set up to be the "rent a win" for those old Ivy League power teams but wound up getting Pops (aka the Pop of Pop Warner football) and turned into a pretty stout program till the IVY's moved onto easier wins.

Jim Thorpe played there and was probably their best known athlete, but they had others. Dude was the Bo Jackson of the Kitty Hawk jet set.
