That unsportsmanlike on Payne during Clemson title drive should have either been:
*Not called
*Or at the minimum offsetting as the Clemson player was a full participant. (pushing, shoving, etc.)
The 15 yards put Clemson in position to score, and along with many other frick ups was one of the daggers in the heart for Bama.
It was a pussy flag as two heavy weights were slugging it out in the last round of a title fight, and the ref simply had to get his five seconds of fame with some chicken shite call that fricked the purity of the moment/competition.
Game likely goes to over-time without that penalty.
Will never forgive the ref for that.
