Louisville is primo lakefront property (on the nastiest lake in Tennessee). Alcoa, especially the old project housing, and East Maryville are far worse imo

ETA: That's right, now I remember, Louisville is surrounded by the lake, that's why the looney bin is called Peninsula Hospital.
