Numbers and facts lol. OK. SO what are you saying then?

They will get after your QB. If you are allowing lesser talent, then you should expect MSU to do a bit more.

YOU are the one bragging you guys haven't given up one yet playing sisters of the poor. I mean sure, dont be concerned about our front 7 or anything.

No, that's a 2 way street. It's reasonable to think LSU will get to the QB. But MSU is better designed to handle that. Their reads and now TEs gives them an out.

That's the point. Sometimes it's not just about the talent, it's the schemes.

quote:

I am not sure what point you are trying to make. Guice is the same Guice. We pulled him after the 1st series in the 3rd last night. He could of had 250+ if we wanted. Isn't that your excuse for giving up all those rushing yards to La Tech? You put in backups?

I'm talking average yards per carry, and you equate that to total rushing yards. LOL

I don't have and excuse for them putting in their 3 and 4th string defensive players. I have facts. That's all I am talking about.

The facts with that are way different with the facts of yards per carry.

Fact, MSU will not put in 3rd and 4th string guys. WE both know that. Would that not mean we look at what the first and second string guys did? Sure it does. The fact is their defense starters and subs got what they got while in.

Fact, Guice got what he got while in the game. It has an average yard per carry.

In other words, we can push aside everything except what the starters did and compare.

Guice is a PROVEN SEC back. Use whatever numbers you want to make you feel better.

True.... but the last time I viewed a game, a RB production was contingent on more than just his ability. Direct snap to him and tell the center to not block and I assure you it will be PROVEN he can't run.

Using your logic, he should still be averaging 7.8 yards per carry. He's not. So he is no longer as PROVEN?

By NFL scouts... Period.

I have no words.......

I dont know, go watch what our guys returning did to the Heisman winner who is a BETTER RUNNER...

Not according to the NCAA, ESPN, etc etc...

Fitz is the top returning producing QB in the NCAA.

BYU = Louisiana Tech

So stop acting like you have played better team than MSU.

If you are going to reply to me and use quotes, use my quotes. Not someone else.

We have given up 2 sacks. WTF are you smoking? BYU has a better D than anything MSU has faced.

OK, well you are facing a top 5 pick in Key. SO whatever. Use your thoughts. See how well that plays out Saturday. We have one of the best secondary's in the league.

And he averaged over 6.8 yards this last game. Your point? BYU has a better D than Anything MSU has faced. I mean, while we are stating facts.

And the FACT remains LSU as an entire team (includes the subs) has given up less than 100 yards rushing TOTAL.

What makes him no longer proven exactly?

This is a lose, lose situation for us. We win, we were expected tok, we lose, we suck.

I am pretty sure we are light years better on Offense than last year and if we get Lawrence and Key back this week, State will be in trouble
