B. Hubbs spoke with Shoop and had this to say about the first two games and not giving anything away defensively before the game with UF:

“The first two were unorthodox. Georgia Tech certainly requires you to play a specific set of calls and a team like Indiana State was the same way. In many ways, Indiana State was as integral of an offense as Georgia Tech. It was a great opportunity for us because LSU runs a similar style of offense.

“We felt it was our best plan just to keep it simple and play a couple of defenses. The guys executed them a fairly high level. We came out healthy and we didn't show a significant amount to our upcoming opponents.”
