Is Kubiak realistic at all?

In the sense that he's quasi-available? Sure, he's realistic. But he has expressed interest in the job in the past but never hired, so I think it would be unrealistic to think he's somehow going to get a shot now. Plus he's similar to Sherman, and the AD/BOR already went down that route.

According to a family member who works for the NFL, Kubiak is still suffering from frequent debilitating migraines and wouldn't consider a full time or high stress gig. He's the kind of guy who is just going to do consulting type jobs where if he can't "work" that day, oh well.
