Any chance Zaire gets playing time too?

Definitely will have a package.

I'd be more surprised if he didn't play than I would if he did

I think in due time he'll be a really solid QB at the very least. This opening game has the deck stacked against y'all, but I'm pulling for my Gator friends

At least now if the offense sucks it will be with a QB gaining experience rather one getting ready to get a real job after the season.

Zaire will probably be the red zone threat and short third downs. He def has value with his legs. Franks needs to be in 80 percent of the downs though. Like Leak/Tebow.

I was watching the spring highlights and I completely forgot about the toney guy. That guy is quick in the wildcat.

Its way too early too speculate about QBs..I hope Franks doesn't falter, but he has no real game experience. Mac seemed to let the media know that he did calm down some. There is no doubt in my mind that Franks can be an All SEC type QB...dude is almost 6'6 and can see over the lines.

But I am going to revisit Del Rio because he may still be a player for us. Franks is still a r/s frosh and it is hard to expect great things at his stage. He will have bumps...and hopefully it wont cost us a game. I still expect Del Rio to play this year and maybe start a few games while Franks learns his craft. Of course if Del Rio doesn't play much, it is good news because Franks will have shown he can handle to pressure. Del Rio is destined to be a coach imo and is learning that aspect. UF head coach in 2039?

What really excites me the most is the OL and we may finally have a team that can dominate and run well and that takes a lot of pressure off the QB.
