It's 73 in my house and I am wearing a sweatshirt and jeans and shivering uncontrollably . Is the flu going around?

I'm a trauma nurse and so I work in the ER.
Here in SC the flu is absolutely going around. I lost count of how many positive results we had for influenza this past Thursday. It is also going around in Georgia. I live 15 minutes from Augusta just across the state line in SC. I can't speak for other states, though.
