Which team is designated the home team?

Seems the easy thing is for the game to be played at the home team stadium and for the home team to sign a contract to return the visit in the future.

Stuff like this is one reason I don't like neutral site games.

ESPN holds the $4,000,000 leverage card. Game played where it dictates. As for being a joke, go back & look at who they came close to beating last season. No Div. II team by any means. As well, average age close to 23. LSU should win, yes, but it no joke of a game.

If it weren't for that fact that Harvey might impact Louisiana this weekend, Baton Rouge as a fail safe option would make sense. So would New Orleans. But, alas, the weather is more than a bit of a wildcard at the moment, and decision time is probably tomorrow. Unless they know that the storm isn't heading for Louisiana early tomorrow, they will probably have to look elsewhere. I'd say there's a better than 50% chance that they conclude south Louisiana this weekend isn't worth the gamble.
