I would assume the harassment aspects are the issue. Also, if the AD didn't follow proper protocol. I do believe if you read the info it is possible the AD did what it was supposed to do when it knew certain things, etc...though some cover up attempt isn't implausible.

So he was in a consensual affair with one player while sending texts of an inappropriate nature to other players? And now those girls are reporting sexual harassment?
