All offered money to his mom. If I were Ole Miss I would threaten to sue the NCAA if they penalized Ole Miss but not the offers that offered money... could be a big discrimination case.

They should. Let me know how it turns out for them. The NCAA ain't going to in investigate a school over "mamma said" bullshite.
