He underachieved my man, did you know LSU leads the NFL with active players on roster! No reason to why LSU couldn't win more championships. Yes he developed great players but never developed great QBs. Last time I checked good coaches have the ability to do that. Les miles never did and never will, he won games soely based on talent. For Christ sake he almost won a natty with two HORRIBLE qbs (Jefferson, Lee) the guy always had the worst talent at QB. That is a problem in the best conference in SEC. You're totally wrong

Just sharing what I believe to be the general sentiment about Les. It's hard to imagine that a bad coach could win as many games as he did. If it's your opinion that he was able to do that purely on talent, in spite of himself, ok...but for that to be true, his recruiting classes should have been far and away better than AU, UGA, TN, UF, etc... and Bama for that matter. He knocked off Bama a couple of times as well. I don't expect you to change your mind though...I expect you to be optimistic about your current coach and feel that he's going to be an instant upgrade...for that to be true, Les Miles has to be an awful coach. It's called confirmation bias.
