Jack, they are going to have to be dead right on every player they bring in because there will be no room for recruiting mistakes. They can't suffer from any "normal" attrition while on probation because depth will be paper thin for years. They can't have a coaching carousel in any phase or that just adds another nail to the coffin. They basically have to get every evaluation dead on, get them to campus, develop them and get them to stay for their full duration to have any chance to compete in this conference.

Sorry, I just don't see how they can get better or even stay "as is" in the wake of scholarship cuts, recruiting/evaluation cuts, AND the inability to use the inducements they've used in the past to get interested recruits to visit and sign on with OM.

Nah bro. Their next coach is going to average top 15 classes just like Hugh Freeze did at Ole fricking Miss.

You know nothing. The money is still flowing. Bama and the NCAA together cant stop Ole Miss. We will knock Saban from his throne soon enough. Thos is a bump in the road.
