This defines the essence of aggy.

TAMU gets 1/3 of the "income" of the University of Texas PUF Endowment. They are not entitled to the actual assets. Endowment assets are >$25B, 85% of the endowment TAMU claims is not accurate.

All they do is pick up an annual check from the UT System aka "step child allowance", no control or entitlement to the actual assets.
