Damn, you suck for making me agree with the aggies, but limiting meat for barbecue is at least short sighted if not retarded. Beef ribs and brisket are heavenly as well as pulled pork, sausage (all meats), chicken (ala beer can) and unlimited wild game.

I won't weigh into the dry versus wet rub subject, but I have had great meals featuring both methods. Now, start putting a load of mustard in the sauce and you lose me.

My favorite BBQ place in Atlanta (Fox Bros) was started by two guys from Texas. I like Daddy Dz as well.
