If I read their menu correctly, they have two types - pulled pork & cheese, etc. over nacho chips, and another one where they're over their homemade potato chips (which were cold and kinda gross).

Their smoked sausage was likely some of the best I've ever had, though. I have no problem giving credit where it's due.
