I'm sure you have already seen this...but here is a list of vehicles with a GVWR over 6,000 to choose from. What is available is really limited by your 190" length.
At 189.8", the Grand Cherokee is the only 4wd option on the list under 190. There are several under 195...but for the GVWR, length and 4wd option...you are pretty much stuck with the Grand Cherokee as far as I can see.
ETA...the 4runner is 190.2...so it is over 190, but if it would fit, that would be the vehicle of choice for me.
