Yeah. On a dock. Three green lights attached. The lights themselves attract some very large fish. They just won't bite. I am catching some small ones on the transition zone between the light, and dark water.

You must not be using the right kind of bait. I would recommend using one of Lanier's line of baits.....even a stuffed fish can't resist them.
