I didn't say it was, in fact I said it was the complete opposite type of coat

It wasn't a "very bad" year. You don't play in the Sugar Bowl after a very bad year. You aren't in contention for the SEC West in November in a very bad year. Was it disappointing in the end? No doubt. There was some really bad moments last season which you happily touched on. But there was also a lot of good and I think it's laughable to write off every one our wins last season. We obliterated Arkansas, beat LSU in a hard fought defensive struggle, beat OM on the road (held their offense to less points than Alabama, FSU or UGA), took Vandy's best shot (starting QB is hurt, star RB pulls hamstring going in for TD to ice it and it still took a ridiculous blocked kick and a fluke 4th down conversion for them to even have that last drive) and went on the road & destroyed Mississippi State

You can't just hold up the losses and say "Look how terrible everything is" and handwave away all the wins. Winning in the SEC is hard. It seems like people forget that and think if we aren't murdering all our opponents then we suck. Last season was a year AU didn't come out the gates prepared, rebounded to become the #2 team in the SEC, got bit by injuries and failed to adjust properly to those injuries resulting in a disappointing finish to a season that looked like it had a shot to be special

That's an actual no sugar or shite coated analysis
