He has improved quite a bit. I've said this before in this thread I believe. If Jalen was 50% last year he looks 75% this year. Not a massive improvement but noticeable. He will be making more throws that he couldn't last year.

I could be wrong but I've never seen anyone say that Hurts is a "great passer". Ever.
