quote:Yep! And how it's not fair, and how Saban has ruined college football, and how any QB can be effective behind an NFL line, and the players are on steroids, and Dodge Chargers, and suits, and refs, and scheduling, and SEC office is in B'ham, and Saban/Emmerrt friendship, etc.
Until the end of the season and Bama is 11-1 headed to the SEC championship game and Auburn is 9-3. Then the talk will turn to how much more talent Bama has than everybody and Saban should never lose a game.
It's the same ole shite every year and I love every minute of it!

What is interesting are the spots where Bama has the top player (WR, OL, DL) but AU has much more depth.
WR- Ridley is top dog but I think the next 3 or even 4 would come from AU.
DL- Payne is the best guy but the numbers on the DL favor AU
OL- Jonah Williams is top guy IMO but AU has more depth on OK and stacks up pretty well.
*This is easily the best depth situation has had in awhile, outside of safety which is incredibly thin. Tray Mathews sucks FWIW.
Also should note that I think AU has clear advantages at CB, WR
