Coaching, with its high salary, attracts extreme personality types. Hell, Harbough is on the retard spectrum. It wouldn't shock me at all for Freeze to be extreme in all directions; meaning he would help any of his guys out to a fault, while calling hooks on the company dime. Rush Probst had similar issues.
