With how many rich OM fans live in Memphis and send their kids to private school, I have trouble believing one of the parents or family friends of an abused girl wouldn't have ruined Hugh immediately.
Parents did complain. I know that as a fact.

They complained but to the wrong people. Complaining is filing a police report, not just notifying the headmaster of the school.

They just sat back & watched Briarcrest not only do nothing to reprimand Freeze but watched the school embrace him and make him a Legend on campus as he rode off to a multi-million dollar coaching career?
