They can give him a show cause so that any institution that hires him gets penalized but they can't restrict who hires him. It's a free market.
If he gets a show cause I imagine he will go to the JUCO ranks until it expires as the NJCAA is a separate governing body.

So, if he got a "show cause" the UGA couldn't legitimately hire him to replace Jim Chaney as OC for a couple years?

All rumors and bs aside when will the penalties be announced ? I am interested to see hiwnthe ncaa handles this
