Dye was a better drinker than the Bear, and that is why he retired.

Exactly! Reggie Collier. Bryant was 73-2 at Bryant Denny. That was #2.

Actually the story is Ben Tamburello made him retire. He realized that it was time when Ben shunned him for Auburn.
