I find that in football, the recruiting battles make it counterintuitive often times to pull for conference foes. Bama winning a championship here and there is one thing, but winning 30 million titles in a row and then Saban walking around LA swinging his dick and pulling recruits is bad for LSU.

I did pull for Bama against Notre Dame though.

Don't you think that the way to remedy that would be to beat them yourselves? Besides, it's important for recruiting to be in the most powerful conference in the country, and as you know, Alabama can only sigh 25 players a year, so.....
