Joe Ford, part of Vanderbilt's F-Troop from '72-'76, dies in car crash

LINK SEC Basketball had some great teams and players in the mid-1970's. I grew up a Vandy fan and would listen to the Commodores on WSM out of Nashville. Ford was from Mayfield,KY and made two free throws with :05 his freshman year to beat Kentucky at Memorial.

The F-Troop is my first memory of pulling for Vandy. Godspeed Joe...
