One thing that is very obvious - State fans sure are pretty damn eat up about this lawsuit judging by their obsession over something they are publicly trying to dismiss as "nothing".

Personally, I take issue with anyone tying up the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits. I also find it interesting that 3 different people (2 recruits and a former player's stepfather) are named along with 15 other possible people and these all occurred under different recruiting cycles. You guys still trying to pursue legislation that allows the NCAA to only investigate for 1 year? I'm sure that also sits well with them. face it bro you guys are F***ed by a big elephant dong.
