I still don't understand why Freeze is at fault in your eyes.

There is nothing that the NCAA has produced that would lead me to believe that Hugh Freeze is out there trying to cheat his way to the top.

All the most serious claims against Ole Miss, now that they have been brought to light, have been shown to be highly questionable.

There is no reason to offer up Freeze, thinking the NCAA will go light on Ole Miss. Ole Miss has been in SEC purgatory for 55 years, until Freeze arrived and brought the program a solid plan to build the program.

So why give the NCAA and the SEC what they want, a program in complete disarray and no true leadership and no true leader in the program?

Johnny Vaught was the last program changing coach that Ole Miss hired. That was 1947, it took 70 years to get the next and you would roll the dice and offer up Freeze to the NCAA because of the fear of living through 5 years of scholly reductions. You don't understand the history of Ole Miss recruiting very well.

Every SEC coach has spent the last 50 years telling recruits they don't want to go to Ole Miss because we are a bunch of racist. There's your scholarship reduction. What difference does it make if you have them and can only recruit 2 and 3 star recruits.

For the first time in school history, Freeze was able to get those 4 and 5 star recruits and their families to come to Ole Miss and see for themselves. And he has been able to convince them Ole Miss was worth their committment.

Freeze has beaten bama twice, won a Sugar Bowl and been a great leader for our players and school.

Yet in your eyes, he is a liar and a cheat and doesn't deserve a 2nd chance to right the ship. A ship that was probably knocked off course due to the under handed dealings of a coach from a rival school who was put on the infraction committee by a SEC president that has a daughter that attends state.

It's not a conspiracy theory if the facts lead you to the simpliest answer. There have been too many coincendences occur to see that this has been a witch hunt to rid Ole Miss of Hugh Freeze.

And you are so weak minded and of so little character that you would give in to the NCAA and the SEC. I've been a Rebel for 40 years. I've been laughed at, called a racist and a loser for a long time. I spent my life as a Rebel, attempting to change that perception by supporting change at our university to change people's perception of OLe Miss.

Without evidence of Freeze's involvement with paying for players and giving recruits impermissible benefits, the SEC, NCAA and state can go to hell.

I may not necessarily agree to the letter with everything you say, but well said nonetheless.

After 4 years of investigatimg the NCAA found very little on their own. Most of the violations under Freeze's watch were self reported.

Not until 3 players from a rival school make claims of being given free gear and money do they have a case for lack of institutional control. That's all they got. And so far those claims have been denied by those boosters and their is very little to colloborate their stories. Their own friends and family didn't even confirm their claims when interviewed by the NCAA.

If the NCAA couldn't find the bagmen, it appears that state conspired to bring the bagmen to the NCAA.

I just don't believe their stories. Why would anyone on the Ole Miss side attempt to give to state lean recruits gear and money? With an ongoing investigation for the last 4 years. I wouldn't have gone out of my way to waste a Hotty Toddy on either of them. Why would you give them money before they signed?

I call bull shite.
